Eastland Junior High Quiz Bowl finished their season last night. 8th grade finished 3rd for the season and in the tournament, and 7th grade finished 2nd for the season and in the tournament!

Eastland placed 2nd overall as a team and qualified for State at Eastern Illinois in April!
Today, our 4th grade students attended Symphony Day at the Rockford Coronado Performing Arts Center. They enjoyed a performance featuring stories from real people that traveled through Ellis Island. The fundraising from our VIP Seating and wreath raffle make this field trip possible every year. Thank you!!

On Monday, March 10th, Ruby’s Coffee Truck will be in Chadwick during screenings from 7:30- 10:00a.m. and then again at 3:00-5:30p.m.

Eastland Elementary School raised $3444.04 for the Kids Heart Challenge!
Donations made help fund lifesaving research, advocate for better health, improve patient care and reach at-risk populations.
To celebrate we had a staff vs students relay race in inflatable costumes! Students took the win!

February is American Heart Month, and both Eastland schools have been officially designated as Heart Safe Sites through Project ADAM. Both schools have Cardiac Emergency Response Plans in place in the event of any cardiac emergency.

Tonight's cancelled boys basketball game at Morrison has been moved to 2/21/25. It will be played at Morrison Junior High School. JV 4:00pm, Varsity 5:30pm.
