If you have not done so already, we encourage you to complete the 5Essentials survey for your student(s).
The 5Essentials is an evidence-based system designed to drive improvement in schools nationwide—it reliably measures changes in a school organization through the 5Essentials Survey and provides individualized, actionable Reports for each school. Each year staff, students and parents of each school district in IL are asked to complete the survey.
If you are parent of a student in our district, we invite you to complete the survey. The results are completely anonymous and cannot be traced back to an individual. If you have a student in each school, we ask that you complete the survey for both EES and EJSHS.
