It’s wristband time again for Speed & Strength students! Students can earn up to 3 wristbands for their Truck Stick score. This number, which displays force, is calculated using the athlete’s bodyweight and their time on a flying 10yd sprint. This week, 3 Speed & Strength students, Lucas W, Sophie P, and Ava P, all earned the entry-level wristband this week. Great job, Cougars! Keep working hard! 🔥🔥🔥⚡️⚡️⚡️
